Employee Spotlight: Joyce

Joyce GrandyJoyce Grandy, DALKO’s accounts receivable assistant, has been a vital part of the DALKO team since February 2009.  Joyce grew up in Sharon, PA and now lives in Sharpsville, PA with her husband Gus.  Before working at DALKO Joyce dedicated her professional career to working with adults with mental and intellectual disabilities.

Although she is a Penn State graduate, Joyce is a huge Notre Dame fan.  So much so that her beloved beagle, Louie, is named after the famous Notre Dame coach Lou Holtz.

When she’s not cheering on the Fighting Irish or Sharpsville Blue Devils Joyce enjoys reading and shopping!

ISO: 9001 LogoBuilding on our concentrated effort to continue to provide the best quality and value in the industry, DALKO Resources is now ISO 9001 Certified!  This is on top of our already proud achievement of being AAR M-1003 certified. 

For those not familiar with ISO, it is an international business standard requiring strict audits.  The 9001 designation relates to ‘quality management’.  This measures what the organization does to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer and regulatory requirements while continually improving its performance.  It also encompasses the value of Team Work, which DALKO strongly values.  It recognizes the extreme importance of working together in all business processes.   Read More
