Diesel Prices Decrease Again

According to the analysis released March 13, 2013 by the EIA the national average diesel fuel price fell four cents to $4.09 per gallon, four cents lower than last year at this time.  Prices decreased in all regions of the nation.  The average price in both the East and West Coast dropped five cents, to $4.12 per gallon in the East Coast and $4.23 per gallon in the West Coast.  The Midwest and Rocky Mountain prices decreased four cents, to $4.04 per gallon and $4.01 per gallon, respectively.  The region with the smallest decrease in price was the Gulf Coast, where the average price dropped three cents to $4.04 per gallon.
