2 cents from the previous week. Not only is the average down, it was down in every region
of the country. This is the first time in months that this has happened. The highest price
continues to be in California ( $2.927 ), and the lowest remains in the Gulf Coast Region
( $2.410 ). Hopefully, this trend will continue.

The lowest price was in the Gulf Coast Region at $2.446. The highest was in the West Coast Region ( California ) at $2.935. The experts believe that this trend will continue throughout the summer.
