In the analysis released Feb. 13, 2013, the Department of Trasportation’s Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) reported that its Freight Transportation Services Index (TSI) increased 1.0 percent from November to December. This is the second consecutive month of growth, there was a 1.7 percent rise from October to November. Read More
