On your mark, set, go!!

superkidslogoTeam DALKO participated in the “Greater Super Kids Classic” adult soap box derby race that took place this past Saturday. This annual event is a day of charity to raise money for the kid’s race that will take place later this year. This program allows special needs children to be competitive and enjoy the day of several adrenaline filled rides down the area’s largest hills. Area businesses, political figures, and city departments all participate to make this event a great success. This year’s team was Joe Siguenza, Cory Johnson, Casey DuMars, and Jordan Norris. Although Team DALKO did not bring home the gold in this year’s race, we are very proud of their effort! In addition to entering a team, DALKO also sponsors a soap box derby car for the event. DALKO is proud to support this wonderful cause and we look forward to next year’s race!!
