For those not familiar with ISO, it is an international business standard requiring strict audits. The 9001 designation relates to ‘quality management’. This measures what the organization does to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer and regulatory requirements while continually improving its performance. It also encompasses the value of Team Work, which DALKO strongly values. It recognizes the extreme importance of working together in all business processes.
Being ISO 9001 Certified recognizes our values of improved consistency of service and product performance, our higher customer satisfaction levels, our improved communication and our overall competitive advantages.
