Darla Grandy, DALKO’s Treasury Administrator, has been an essential part of the DALKO team since 2006. Born and raised in Sharpsville, Darla married her high school sweetheart…Lenny Grandy. They have three children Jared, 24, Katie, 21, and Jenna, 20. Jared joined the family working at DALKO as well as continuing to be a paramedic. Katie just graduated from Westminster College with a teaching degree, and Jenna is still attending Westminster.
Darla is a Sharpsville High Blue Devils fan through and through. She began watching Lenny play for the Blue Devils in high school and continues to watch him as he now coaches the Devils. When she’s not watching Lenny coach she is rooting on her daughters as they play basketball and volleyball. Another guilty pleasure of Darla’s is gambling…she loves the slots! This may be the reason she listed Las Vegas as one of her favorite vacations spots.
If you ask me though, aside from her family, her true passion is Disney. Walt Disney World is her number one vacation spot, and she plans multiple trips there for her family every year. Darla and Lenny have even become Disney Vacation Club members so they can enjoy even more of what Disney has to offer.
