New Customer Service Department

JesseCoonWhen DALKO decided to create a customer service department one person came to mind to head up the department… Jesse Coon.

 Jesse has been with the company since the beginning.  He was hired as part-time help, then moved to LTL dispatch, then truckload dispatch and then assigned to customer specific projects.  From dispatch, he made the move to sales.  He has even helped out in the billing department.  The knowledge he has gained throughout the years of working in these various departments makes him the perfect person to help us create and lead an outstanding customer service department.

Congratulations to Jesse on his recent promotion to Director of Customer Service.  As always, we know he will do an exceptional job as he has always done in all his endeavors for the company.
