Recently, The Sharpsville, PA Middle School National Junior Honor Society conducted a fundraiser to help victims of Hurricane Irma. The storm hit Florida in early September. More than 50 schools were damaged and left without power. The Sharpsville NJHS rolled up their sleeves and went to work. They sent over 2,000 canned goods, toiletry items, laundry soap, paper products, and blankets/clothing to a community and school that were destroyed by the hurricane. Today, our young adults are often chastised for their lack of initiative. Not so, with these awesome students. We, at DALKO Resources, cannot be more proud of our school district.
