Diesel Fuel Prices: Oct. 21, 2013

Diesel prices remained steady for the week of October 21, 2013 according to the data from the Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Update released by the EIA.  The national average diesel fuel price was unchanged from last week at $3.89 per gallon, and increasing less than a penny the East Coast, Gulf Coast and West Coast prices also remained unchanged.  The prices held steady at $3.90 per gallon on the East Coast, $3.80 per gallon on the Gulf Coast and $4.05 per gallon on the West Coast.  The average price in the Rocky Mountain region decreased by one cent from last week to $3.88 per gallon.  Decreasing less than a penny the average price per gallon of diesel fuel in the Midwest remained at $3.85 per gallon.

EIA Re-opened: New Diesel Fuel Update

The national average diesel fuel price decreased one cent from last week to $3.89 per gallon according to the EIA Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Update released October 17, 2013.  All regions of the nation had a price decrease except the West COast where the average price remained the same as last week, $4.05 per gallon.  The Rocky Mountain price dropped three cents from last week to $3.89 per gallon.  In the Midwest the average price per gallon of diesel fuel declined two cents to $3.85 per gallon.  On both the East Coast and Gulf Coast the average price decreased by one cent to $3.90 per gallon and $3.80 per gallon, respectively.

EIA Re-opened: New Diesel Fuel Update

The National Average diesel fuel price declined two cents from last week to $3.90 per gallon according to the Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Update released by the EIA October 7, 2013.  Diesel fuel prices fell in all regions of the nation with the largest being a three cent drop on the Gulf Coast, to $3.80 per gallon.  Prices on the East Coast, Midwest and West Coast all declined two cents to $3.91 per gallon, $3.87 per gallon and $4.05 per gallon respectively.  The Rocky Mountain price only decreased by a penny from last week to $3.92 per gallon.

The average diesel fuel price declined three cents from last week to $3.92 per gallon according to the Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Update released by the EIA yesterday.  In the Midwest the average diesel fuel price fell four cents to $3.89 per gallon.  The price per gallon of diesel fuel in the East Coast, Gulf Coast and West Coast regions all decreased by three cents to $3.93, $3.83 and $4.08 respectively.  The Rocky Mountain price only declined by a penny to $3.93 per gallon.

The average diesel fuel price declined three cents from last week to $3.92 per gallon according to the Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Update released by the EIA yesterday.  In the Midwest the average diesel fuel price fell four cents to $3.89 per gallon.  The price per gallon of diesel fuel in the East Coast, Gulf Coast and West Coast regions all decreased by three cents to $3.93, $3.83 and $4.08 respectively.  The Rocky Mountain price only declined by a penny to $3.93 per gallon.

Diesel Fuel Update

The national average diesel fuel price decreased one cent from last week to $3.97 per gallon according to the EIA’s Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Update.  The Rocky Mountain region had the only price increase for the week where the average price per gallon went up one penny from last week to $3.94.  Rising less than a penny, the average price on the West Coast remained at $4.14 per gallon.  The average price per gallon of diesel fuel on the East Coast, Midwest and Gulf Coast regions all decreased by one cent.  The East Coast’s average diesel price decreased to $3.98, the Midwest’s to $3.95 and on the Gulf Coast it declined to $3.89 per gallon.

Diesel Fuel Prices Remain Steady

Diesel fuel prices are relatively unchanged throughout the nation according to the EIA’s Gasoline & Diesel Fuel Update released September 9, 2013.  The average diesel fuel price for the nation as a whole remained unchanged at $3.98 per gallon.  Only the West Coast and East Coast regions had any changes to their average diesel fuel prices.  The West Coast price increased one cent from last week to $4.14 per gallon, while the East Coast price decreased one cent to $3.98 per gallon.  The remaining regions, the Midwest, Gulf Coast and Rocky Mountain, were all unchanged from last week.  The average diesel fuel prices for these regions are as follows: the Midwest at $3.96 per gallon, the Gulf Coast at $3.89 per gallon and the Rocky Mountain at $3.93 per gallon. Diesel 09.09.13
